Her work is rooted in personal experience, particularly her debut EP, which traces the psychological and emotional aftermath of an abusive relationship.

Across the project, Asyh writes from the eye of the storm, without ever romanticizing it. The songs follow a progression : from neglect and emotional control, to the internal conflict of staying in something you know is wrong, to the distortion of intimacy and finally the suffocating weight of a partner who won’t let go.

The closing track confronts the cost : the way trauma reshapes how we show up in our closest relationships and the alienation that can come from loving the wrong person too deeply for too long.
